If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your home, we are committed to making the return process as simple and sustainable as possible.

Return Process

  Contact our customer experience team via email or live chat with your order number to begin the return or exchange process.

  Complete the Trial Period

  For mattresses, we require a 30-day break-in period to allow your body to adjust to the new support system before finalizing a return.

  Coordinate Pickup or Shipping

  For large items like mattresses, we will help coordinate a local donation pickup; for smaller items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the donation receipt is uploaded or the return package is scanned by the carrier, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
